​Useful Information

  • Chemical tests may need to be carried out if 6I is to be used where there are metal anchors or reinforcing in order to ensure that the material does not cause the metal to corrode

  • 6I will have a wider grading envelope compared to a Type 1 and allows particles within a range of 0-125mm

  • Also known as granular fill material
